Our story

A company that carries a sacred name

We did not name this company after a founder, a product or a trend. We named it after Shri Radha Girdhar Lal Ji, our Thakur Ji. Every time someone speaks our company's name, they speak His name first. We take that as a responsibility, not just a brand.

Radha Girdhar Lal Ji Technologies was founded in 2025 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, by Kunal Jain. We design and build custom websites, business software and mobile apps, and we create our own products: Sandeshak, a complete WhatsApp Business platform, and RasayaCRM, the showroom management CRM for jewellery businesses.

Technology is our work, but devotion is our foundation. The guidance of our Gurudev and the grace of Thakur Ji shape how we treat every client, every rupee and every promise.

Who we are

A small, focused company — building software with a clear purpose

Radha Girdhar Lal Ji Technologies is a proprietorship software company headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We build websites, software and mobile apps for businesses — work that is often underserved by generic, one-size-fits-all agencies and templates.

Our approach is deliberately hands-on: we learn how a business actually runs before we design a single screen. Our first product, RasayaCRM, came out of exactly that process — built specifically for how Indian gold and jewellery showrooms manage tokens, customers, walkouts and sales teams.

Our newest product, Sandeshak, applies the same thinking to the channel Indian businesses already live on — WhatsApp. It turns a single WhatsApp number into a complete team workspace, with a shared inbox, chatbots, bulk campaigns and GST invoicing, all on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Alongside our products, we also take on direct client work — designing and building custom websites, software and mobile apps for businesses of every kind, such as our recent website for MARQ Club Indore, live at marqindore.in.

The company is led by its founder and proprietor, Kunal Jain, and is registered under India's GST framework as a proprietorship firm operating out of Indore.
