Payments and project terms

Payment terms (advances, milestones, final payment) are set out per project at the time of engagement. Ownership of final deliverables (a website, app or software) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing support and maintenance beyond the initial delivery may be offered under a separate arrangement.
